Process payments and manage financial transactions related to short term rentals Monitor reservation schedules and ensure that all reservations are properly confirmed and documentedĬoordinate with cleaning and maintenance personnel to ensure that properties are properly cleaned and maintained between guest stays Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communicate effectively with guests to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process Manage property listings on various short term rental platforms (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of short term rental management, including but not limited to property listings, guest communication, reservations, and maintenance coordination.
